The present Law lays down provisions relating to the implementation of the Federal Inland Navigation Act of 3 October 1975. In particular, the Law sets out in details how the aforementioned Federal Act is to be applied in the Canton of Ticino. The text – consisting of 10 articles – deals, inter alia, with the following aspects: taxes to be levied in connection with inland navigation, reductions, exemption, duty to inform, administrative proceedings, penalties, repeal and entry into force.
