Amendment of the Mineral and Petroleum Resources Development Regulations (No. R. 349 of 2011).

These Regulations amend the Mineral and Petroleum Resources Development Regulations by providing for procedures for the submittal of an application for any permission. right or permit made in terms of the Mineral and Petroleum Resources Development Act, 2002.
