Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No. 700/2011 .adding to the 2011 fishing quotas certain quantities withheld in the year 2010 pursuant to Article 4(2) of Council Regulation (EC) No. 847/96.

This Regulation increases the fishing quotas fixed for 2011 for certain species, such as anglerfish, cod, haddock, hake and herring.
