Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (Amendment) (England) Order 2011 (S.I. No. 2056 of 2011).

This Order amends the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 in Part 40 of Schedule 2 in relation to England only. The amendments concern installation of Part 40 of Schedule 2 installation of certain microgeneration equipment on a dwellinghouse or within its curtilage or, in some cases, blocks of flats.
