Ministerial Decree No. 97706 including haloxyfop-P as active substance to Annex I of Presidential Decree No. 115/1997 in compliance with Commission Directive 2010/86/EU.

The Decree amends Annex I to Presidential Order 115/97, as laid down in the Annex to this Decree, so as to include haloxyfop-P as active substance contained in agricultural chemical products, in compliance with Commission Directive 2010/86/EU of 2 December 2010.
