With the present Decree the Programme for the epidemiologic investigation of avian flu is implemented within the national territory for the period starting from 1 October 2005 up to 30 September 2006. The technical details for the implementation of the Program are established in the six Annexes contained in this text which constitute integral part of the present Decree. The two articles of the Decree establish the competent authorities and the funding of the Programme. The Programme comprises poultry and wild birds.
