Decree implementing Directive 2009/92/EC amending Directive 98/8/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council concerning the placing of biocidal products on the market, to include bromadiolone as an active substance in Annex I thereto.

This Decree amends Legislative Decree No. 174 of 2000 by including bromadiolone as an active substance. The Annex specifies the conditions under which the use of this substance is allowed.
