This Ministerial Decree establishes administrative procedures for submittal, expertise and registration of trademarks. The application shall be submitted to the State Intellectual Property Agency (AGEPI) by the applicant or his legal representative. The application shall be filled in Moldavian. Each single application must regard a single trademark. The application must contain graphic design of trademark subject to registration and document attesting the right of use of place of origin of commodities. Certificate of registration of trademark shall have the validity of 10 years and shall be subject to renewal.
