Protocol agreed between the European Union and the Republic of Guinea-Bissau setting out fishing opportunities and the financial contribution provided for in the Fisheries Partnership Agreement between the two parties currently in force.

By virtue of this Protocol, the European Union and the Republic of Guinea-Bissau set out the fishing opportunities pursuant to articles 5 and 6 of their Fisheries Partnership Agreement. The Protocol also specifies related financial contribution. The Annex lays down conditions governing fishing activities by European Union vessels in the Guinea-Bissau fishing zone.
