This Ministerial Decree determines the modalities of formation, storage and use of state reserve of cotton seeds. Formation, storage and use of state reserve of cotton seeds shall be carried out by means of fiduciary management agreement concluded between authorized state institution (Ministry of Agriculture) and specialized organizations. Formation of stock of cotton seeds shall be carries out by purchase of cotton seeds by authorized state institution from certified producers. State reserve of cotton seeds shall be stored at storage facilities of cotton processing enterprises ensuring total safety against damages and infestation by other plant varieties.
