Ministerial Joint Decree No. 85221 completing the provisions of Presidential Order No. 115, in compliance with Commission Directive 97/73/EC.
With this Decree and in compliance with the provisions of Commission Directive 97/73/EC, imazalil is hereby designated as an active substance in Annex I to Presidential Order No. 115, as set out in the Annex attached hereto.
