The present Ordinance enforces various articles of the First Ordinance of 26 January 2010 implementing the Federal Emission Control Act (BGBl. I p.38). In particular, the Ordinance specifies details as to sphere of application, definition of terms, fuels, general requirements for solid fuels, survey, self-monitoring, etc. The text consists of 23 articles.
