Ministerial Decree No. 196 validating the Regulation on water management body subordinated to the Ministry of Agriculture.

This Ministerial Decree establishes that State Republican Enterprise “Kazvohoz” shall be incorporated in the State Committee on Water Resources subordinated to the Ministry of Agriculture. The aforesaid state institution shall carry out the following tasks: (a) management of waterworks; (b) water abstraction and water supply for irrigation; and (c) potable water supply.
