This Ministerial Decree establishes the rules for the use of electronic grain receipts, including registration, circulation and redemption of electronic grain receipts. Electronic grain receipt shall be considered confirmation note by grain processing enterprise of acceptance of grain for storage from the owner. Holder of electronic grain receipt shall be the owner of grain who put his grain for storage in a grain processing enterprise. Electronic grain receipts shall be registered at the internet website www.e-grain.kz.
