This Regulation provides for the standards, technical requirements, manner and methodology for implementation of professional controls in the organic production activities. The control body must, at least once a year, visit and perform all the necessary controls on all subjects considered by this Regulation. Data collected during professional controls will be, after each control, co-signed by a responsible person or authorized entity performing the official controls. The Annexes I and II are an integral part of this Regulation.
