Commission Regulation (EU) No. 519/2012 amending Regulation (EC) No. 850/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council on persistent organic pollutants as regards Annex I.

This Regulation lays down some amendments to Annex I to Regulation (EC) No. 850/2004 as regards specific exemption on intermediate use or other specification for perfluoroctane sulphonic acid and its derivates. Furthermore, a new entry concerning the substance Endosulfan is inserted.
