This Regional Decree establishes hunting rules, seasons, authorized hunting gear and hunting methods. It defines hunting managers as legal persons and individual entrepreneurs that can be authorized to carry out hunting management within the boundaries of hunting areas in accordance with long-term licence. Natural persons shall be authorized to carry out hunting in accordance with short-term nominal once-only hunting licence. Documents certifying hunting rights shall be hunting card (hunting card of foreign hunter for foreigners) and hunting authorization. Foreign nationals and stateless person must also carry with them personal identity paper. Hunter must comply with authorized rate of game and observe hunting period indicated in nominal once-only hunting licence. Capture and captive breeding of wild fauna species subject to hunting without prior special authorization issued by the authorized state wildlife institution shall be prohibited.
