This Regulation prescribes the measures to prevent the introduction and spread of harmful organisms - fungi Phytophtora ramorum Werres, De Cock & Man in 't Veld sp.nov. It is forbidden: to introduce the European and non-European isolates of harmful organisms; and their spread on Croatian territory. In case of suspicion of contamination by harmful organism, the phytosanitary inspector takes a sample to send for the purpose of laboratory analysis in the Department of Plant Protection in Agriculture and Forestry of the Croatian Republic.
