Baluchistan Mining Concessions (Acquisition) act, 1973 (Act No. VIII of 1973).

This Act provides for the acquisition by the Government of mining concessions needed for public purposes. The Act provides for: objections to the acquisition by lessees or licencees of mining concessions; request of compensation by lessees or licencees; disposal of the acquired mining concession; etc.
