This Decree establishes the Development Bank of Seychelles as a body corporate and constitutes the Board of the Development Bank of Seychelles. It also defines powers and duties of the Bank and the Board and provides for the administration and operation of the Bank. The Bank may, among other things, acquire and dispose of land, premises, plant, machinery and equipment and make such assets available for use to other persons.
