This Ministerial Decree establishes the modalities of licensing of storage and elimination of chemical weapons carried out by individual entrepreneurs and legal persons. Licensing authority shall be the Ministry of Industry and Trade. The following activities shall be subject to licensing: (a) provisional storage of chemical weapons in destruction sites and subsequent destruction of chemical weapons; (b) scientific research and development activity related to the use of toxic chemicals classified as chemical weapons; (c) detoxication of chemical ammunition; (c) recycling of liquid and solid hazardous waste; and (d) environmental monitoring of storage and destruction sites of chemical weapons.
