Jammu and Kashmir Willow (Prohibition on Export and Movement) Act, 2000 (Act No. XV of 2000).

This Act prohibits the movement or exportation of willow of any species in any form outside the state of Jammu and Kashmir. It provides for powers of the Government to seize and confiscate the willow and for penalties.
