Water (Disconnecting and Reconnecting Charges) Regulations (S.I. 152-7).

These Regulations, made under section 94 of the Water Act, concerns the payment of disconnecting and reconnecting charges in case the water authority has cut off or withdrawn the supply of water to any premises under section 95 of the Act.
