This Law amends various provisions of articles 48, 49, 55, 56, 60, 64, 75, 80, 125, 126, 128, 129, 133, 134, 138, 139, 154, 165, 171, 178, 192, 200, 256, 290, 291, 292, 293, 295, 298, 300, 309, 312, 313, 315, 326, 373, 376, 380, 381, 382, 383, 429, 912, 990, 991, 992, 995, 998, 1002, 1006, 1008 and 1016 of the Maritime Code (Official 181/04 and 76/07 and 148/08). This Law also cancels the provisions of articles 283, 284, 285, 286, 287, 305, 306, 307, 378, 384 and 428 of the Maritime Code (Official 181/04 and 76/07 and 148/08). Changes are related to the technical and administrative provisions, general standards and definitions, environmental and navigation provisions and requirements, fees and charges, offences and penalties.
