This Regulation provides for a full emergency Plan for Accidental Marine Pollution, representing a important national document for sustainable development and environmental protection, which defines the procedures and measures for prediction, prevention, restriction, preparedness for and response to accidental marine pollution and the extraordinary natural events on the sea, in order to protect the marine environment. The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
