Commission Implementing Decision 2013/76/EU amending Decision 2009/719/EC authorising certain Member States to revise their annual BSE monitoring programmes.
This Decision stipulates that as from 1 January 2013 certain Member States (those listed in the Annex to Decision 2009/179/EC) may decide not to test animals in the subpopulation of animals subject to special emergency slaughtering.
