Regulation on emergency measures regarding the unauthorized genetically modified rice in rice products originating from China.

This Regulation, in order to protect the Croatian population and its internal food market, prohibits the importation of certain rice originating/containing products from China because of the presence of non-authorized genetically modified organisms. This Regulation shall apply to all rice products listed in Annex I of this Regulation, originating or shipped from China. The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
