Regulation on the conditions under which derogations from certain phytosanitary requirements are allowed when entering coniferous wood dried in the chamber, originally from Canada, and establishing the details of the indication system to be applied to the wood dried in the chamber.

This Regulation lays down the conditions under which the derogations from certain phytosanitary requirements are allowed, when importing coniferous wood originating from Canada, which was properly heat treated inside specific chambers. The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
