Regulation on detailed conditions for requesting the recognition of and for recognizing a protected zone and on the conduction of systematic surveys in protected zones.

This Regulation lays down detailed conditions to be met when requesting the recognition of and when recognising a protected zone or quarantine, established in order to respect various hygienic and phytosanitary procedures and inspection controls aimed to offer necessary protection against the spread or introduction of harmful diseases or organisms.
