Decree No. 19/2009 creating the Water and Sanitation Infrastructure Administration.

This Decree, consisting of 7 articles, creates the Water and Sanitation Infrastructure Administration. It establishes duties and responsibilities of this institution entitled to: manage the whole public secondary system for water supply and for public drainage systems of residual water disposal, promoting its operational management, by delegating private operators or other entities. The Water and Sanitation Infrastructure Administration will be under the Ministry of Water and Sanitation.
