Decree implementing Regulation (EC) No. 867/2008 laying down detailed rules for the application of Council Regulation (EC) No. 1234/2007 as regards operators’ organizations in the olive sector, their work programmes and the financing thereof.

Pursuant to European Union legislation in force, this Decree regulates the procedures for the approval of operators’ organizations in the olive sector and provides for the allocation of subsidies.
