Ministerial Decree No. 1179 of 2011 on the decrease of administrative expenses for the licensing of poultry farms and discharge labs

This Decree is composed of 5 articles, and it provides for the reduction in the amount of administrative expenses for the issuance or renewal of a license of poultry farms and discharge labs. Article 2 states that the validity of the license could be a year or three years. Article three adjusts the rate of distribution of the intakes to be (80%) for poultry epidemic diseases, while the remaining (20%) is for the administrative and financial aspects of the issuance of licenses.
