Decree No. 3/95 on mining exploitation performed by PETROGUIN.

This Decree, consisting of 3 articles, attributes to PETROGUIN the competence to promote the mineral exploitation within the National territory and negotiate research, exploitation concession and development mining contracts with national or foreign enterprises.
