This Decree, consisting of 9 Chapters regulates the Plant Protection measures within the State of Goiás. The Regulation establishes specific protecting measures aiming at the following activities: control the transit of plant within the State; inform on needing documentation; apply administrative offences and penalties; destroy plants, inputs and any other material which may infect with pests; establish trading requirements; quarantine, etc.
