Decree implementing Commission Directive 2013/3/EU amending Directive 98/8/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council to extend the inclusion in Annex I thereto of the active substance thiamethoxam to product-type 18.

Pursuant to Commission Directive 2013/3/EU, this Decree includes thiamethoxam to product-type 18 in the list of active substances to be used in plant protection products.
