The present Administrative Regulation by the Saxon Ministry of the Environment and Agriculture lays down provisions on violations against the environment. Article 2 establishes that the present Catalogu shall represent a general guideline for fine charged. However, every individual case shall be examined whether derogations can be granted. The text consists of 19 articles divided into 4 Parts as follows: General provisions and proceedings (I); Principles for calculation of fines (II): Special indications (III); Entry into force (IV).
