Administrative Regulation No. 14/2013 on the organization and functioning of the Directorate of Services for Water and Maritime Matters of Macau.

This Administrative Regulation, consisting of 28 articles and 2 Annexes, establishes the organization and functioning of the Directorate of Services for Water and Maritime Matters of Macau. It specifies composition, duties and responsibilities of the above mentioned Directorate, aiming at: guaranteeing the respect and implementation of maritime authority, promoting the development of maritime activities within the waters under Macau jurisdiction and at coordinating the management of National water resources.
