The quota allocated to Denmark for 2013 for sandeel and associated by-catches in sandeel management area 2 is deemed to be exhausted as from 15 July 2013. Therefore this Regulation prohibits fishing for that stock in that zone by vessels flying the flag or registered in Denmark. In particular it shall be prohibited to retain on board, relocate, tranship or land fish from that stock caught by those vessels after that date.
