The quota allocated to the Netherlands for 2013 for mackerel in areas IIIa and IVbc is deemed to be exhausted as from 26 August 2013. Therefore the present Regulation prohibits fishing for that stock in that zone to vessels flying the flag of or registered in the Netherlands.
