Water Environment (Shellfish Water Protected Areas: Designation) (Scotland) Order 2013 (S.S.I. No. 324 of 2013).

This Order designates areas of coastal water or transitional water within the Scottish River Basin District as “shellfish water protected areas” for the purposes of Part 1 of the Water Environment and Water Services (Scotland) Act 2003. Part 1 concerns protection of the water environment.
