This Ministerial Decree establishes that keeping state register of minerals shall be integral part of the evaluation of the state of public subsoil fund. State registration of mineral deposits shall be performed by the authorized state institution with a view of conducting geological study and research of subsoil. State registration of minerals and mineral deposits shall represent systematically updated databank with certification of identified mineral deposits. The following shall be subject to compulsory state registration: (a) solid mineral; (b) oil and natural gas; and (c) groundwater, mineral springs and medicinal muds.
