This Ministerial Decree establishes requirements for reduction of discharge of pollutants, other substances and microorganisms to surface waterbodies, ground waterbodies and watersheds. Reduction shall be performed in accordance with plans covering periods up to 7 years. Organizations shall elaborate plans in accordance with indicators for treatment of effluent waste water. Plan shall include: (a) arrangements for reduction of discharge of pollutants (construction, reconstruction modernization of effluent waste water treatment works and facilities); (b) data related to planned reduction of discharge of pollutants; (c) time period for performance of arrangements for reduction of discharge of pollutants; (d) amount of expenditure for carrying out arrangements for reduction of discharge of pollutants; and (e) information of responsible officials.
