Ministerial Decree No. 347 validating the Regulation on reduction of payment for negative environmental impact in case of performance by organizations, discharging effluent waste water, environmental protection arrangements.

This Ministerial Decree establishes the modalities of reduction of payment for negative environmental impact (discharge of pollutants to surface waterbodies and groundwater reservoirs) in case of performance by organizations, discharging effluent waste water, environmental protection arrangements, including construction, reconstruction modernization of effluent waste water treatment works and facilities. In the process of payment for negative environmental impact organizations carrying out planned environmental protection arrangements must deduct actual expenditure for environmental protection arrangements.
