The present Law introduces some amendments to the Upper Austria Plant Protection Law 2002 (LGBl. No. 67/2002). In particular, the Law amends, inter alia, article 2 dealing with definition of terms, such as plants, plant products, and harmful organisms; and article 10 concerning empowerment of competent authorities.
