This Presidential Decree approves the Modernisation Programme of the National Institution of Meteorology and Geophysics (INAMET) and the Strategic Development Plan (PDE) for the period 2014-2020. This Modernisation Programme, consisting of 9 Sections, establishes that this National Institution has an inter-ministerial interest, dealing with, between other areas, sectors like: civil protection, agriculture, environment, fisheries, water resources, oil, industry, transports, civil construction and energy.
