Regulation amending the Regulation on the requirements for submitting the applications for the issuance of environmental permits for plants and facilities that have a permit issued before the entry into force of the new Law on Environmental Protection.

This Regulation amends certain provisions prescribed by the Regulation on the requirements for submitting the applications for the issuance of environmental permits for plants and facilities that have a permit issued before the entry into force of the new Law on Environmental Protection (Official Gazette 68/2005). Changes are related to the terms and definitions, technical requirements and contents of the necessary form of the official application.
