The present Ordinance implements the Water Supply Guarantee Act of 24 August 1965 (BGBl. I p. 1226, 1817). In particular, the Ordinance estblishes that the competent authority under the afore-mentioned Act is the Upper Water Authority of Saxony. The text consists of 2 articles.
