This Act amends certain provisions part of the Tobacco Act (Official Gazette 69/1999). Changes are regarding the supervision of the implementation of certain measure provided by this Act and its adoption by the Ministry of Finance, Customs Administration and their related agricultural inspectors dealing with the tobacco sector on the territory of the Croatian Republic.
