This Law provides all rules, requirements and technical and other standards necessary for a correct and authorized production of wines and brandies from grapes and fruits, soil use and other conditions, as well as the conditions for the placing on the market wine and brandy (on the territory of the Brcko District, Federation of BIH). The provisions of this Law shall also regulate the conditions for the production and marketing of other alcoholic beverages that are produced with the use of distillates (of grapes, fruits and wine), as well as refined ethyl alcohol (alcohol). The Law is divided into 8 chapters and 34 articles, including the offences and related penalties.
