This Ordinance imposes a levy on all cotton to be exported from Montserrat to be paid by the exporter at a rate that may be varied by the Administrator in Council. Exporters shall provide the Treasurer with returns on exported levy. The levy shall be paid into separate account that shall be used for expenses of the West Indian Sea Island Cotton Association.
